Everything is just marvelous here in Beijing: the guide is excellent, the
driver also and the hotel is great. I wanted to tell you how much
satisfaction we have about your agency and personaland especially with
miss MIao, the guide who is very knowledgable and smart.

While preparing our trip to China, we decided to take a chance and do
business directly with TravelChinaGuide without knowing for sure if this
was a legitimate organisation or some crooks that were after our money.
They were swift in answering every questions we had, especillay Mr Ye who
was in charge for the organisation of the trip. He made different
quotations until we've fixed our choice for a 14 days Luxury combo trip.
After having sent the money to China, we were left with some bumps in the
belly and were relieved to get another message confirming the reception
of our money: eventhough we were left with only an email stating: don't
worry someone will pick you up at the airport?, we new then that that
someone would show up and indeed, she did.

Our guide in Beijing, and the same goes for all the guides in Xian,
Lhasa, Chongqing, Yangtse river cruise, Wuhan and Shanghai, was polite,
respectfull of our needs, knowledgable in China history and speaking a
very good english. The drivers were always on time and made us feel
secure; the cars were clean and we were provided with bottles of water
all day long.
As for the 5 stars hotels, they were exactly as what they were advertised
on the websites: the exact same standards as we are used to in North
America or Europa. All in all, we were impressed with the service, the
personal and the culture of China. We had a great time and we will be
back in China and when we do, we will ask Mr Ye and TravelChinaGuide ( or
the sister organisation, WarriorTour ) to make arrangements for us.
