(Jan.17, 2005) Waiters in the Xiangxieer Mingzhu Hotel in Lianyungang
City were displaying the "Big Carp" New Year cake elaborately made by
chefs in the hotel. The hotel has gone to extremes in coming out with
fresh ideas for the New Year cake. It is the first time the New Year cake
becomes a favorite in the holiday market in Lianyungang City.
