Eastern Airlines' IPO schedule confirmed

(Jan.25, Shanghai) Luo Chaogeng, managing director of the China Eastern
Airlines Corporation Limited said at a press conference that the Eastern
Airlines Corporation would transfer the capital assets of Yunnan Airlines
and Northwest Airlines into Eastern Airlines and complete the
restructuring of the two companies before June 30 this year. But he did
not disclose the exact amount involved in the acquisition.
